“My mission is to build resilience in both human and digital realms, because the strongest systems are built on strong people.”
- Gregory Hibbett
G’day
I’m Gregory Hibbett.
I help leaders build both digital and human resilience in an increasingly interconnected world.
Over two decades in technology, I learned that the most sophisticated security controls mean little if the people behind them are stretched too thin, working in silos, or carrying invisible burdens. I learned this the hard way - and it changed how I approach resilience entirely.
I combine cyber security expertise with AI ethics, policy insight, and hard-won personal experience to help organisations build defences that account for the whole person, not just the network. I'm currently studying Law to deepen my expertise in privacy, cyber policy, and the legal frameworks shaping our digital future.
In 2025, I delivered a TEDx talk on the quiet crisis facing men, because resilience isn't just about firewalls and incident response plans. It's about forging resilient people, creating space for people to be honest, connected, and whole.
I'm a husband, a cyber security professional, a passionate learner, a big believer in supporting growth in others, and someone learning daily that true strength isn't about going it alone. It’s about standing in truth, building systems, communities, fostering sacred spaces, and disciplines that help us all stand firm.
